Understanding Your Botnira Analytics
Analytics, in the left-side menu, turns every conversation your AI receptionist has into numbers you can actually act on -- how much is happening, how well it's being handled, when it happens, and where it's coming from.
Four numbers at a glance
Conversations
The total number of distinct conversation threads, across every channel -- one per customer interaction, however many messages it took to resolve.
Messages count
The total number of individual AI messages exchanged across all conversations -- the same number that counts against your plan's monthly AI message allowance. See understanding your usage.
Appointments booked
How many appointments were booked out of those conversations, whether through your AI receptionist directly or your public booking page. See appointment booking.
Resolution rate
The share of conversations Botnira handled on its own, without a human hand-off -- a direct signal of how well your training is covering what customers actually ask.
Daily conversations (last 7 days)
This view charts your conversation volume day by day over the past week, so you can spot trends as they happen -- a promotion driving more enquiries, a slow patch, or a spike after a marketing push. Watching this regularly is the easiest way to catch a usage trend before it turns into a surprise at the end of the month.
Hourly activity
Hourly activity breaks down when conversations actually happen across the day. This is often the most eye-opening view for business owners, since it shows exactly how much is happening outside normal business hours -- early mornings, evenings, weekends -- the hours where an AI receptionist is doing work a front desk simply can't cover.
By channel
This breaks your conversation volume down by channel -- Voice, WhatsApp, Web Chat, Email and SMS -- so you can see which channels your customers actually use. It's a useful check against your own assumptions: a business that expects most enquiries to come by phone might find WhatsApp or web chat carrying more volume than expected, which is worth knowing when deciding where to put a link to your web widget or promote your WhatsApp number.
Putting the numbers to use
- A falling resolution rate usually means real questions are slipping past your training -- check the fallback conversations for patterns and update your business description or add an FAQ. See writing FAQs that work.
- Messages count climbing toward your plan limit is your cue to check whether it's time to upgrade or buy a top-up pack.
- Hourly activity outside your business hours is a good talking point when explaining the value of an always-on AI receptionist to your team, or when deciding whether Voice needs to be on for overnight coverage.
- Channel mix can guide where you spend marketing effort -- lean into the channel your customers are already using most.
