Installing the Botnira Web Widget
A short snippet of code turns any page on your website into a live chat surface for your AI receptionist -- available on every plan, including the free trial.
Step by step
Add live chat to your website
Step 1
Open Channels → Install the web widget
In the left-side menu, go to Channels and scroll to the Install the web widget section.
Step 2
Copy the code
Copy the embed code shown there.
Step 3
Paste it into your website footer
Add the snippet to your site's footer template so it loads on every page. If you're not sure how to edit your site's footer, your web developer -- or the Botnira team -- can help with the install.
Step 4
Chat goes live
Once installed, a chat button appears on your site and visitors can start chatting with your AI receptionist and get instant replies, trained on the same business description as every other channel.
