Connecting WhatsApp to Botnira
Botnira is an official Meta partner for the WhatsApp Business Platform. Connecting your number takes about 90 seconds and uses Meta's own Embedded Signup -- no manual API keys, no developer needed.
Connect your WhatsApp Business number
Open Channels → WhatsApp
In the left-side menu, go to Channels. Scroll down to the WhatsApp tile.
Click Embedded Signup
Click the green Embedded Signup button. A small popup window opens.
Log in with Facebook
Use your Facebook login in the popup to connect your WhatsApp Business API through Botnira. Meta will ask you to confirm your business, your Facebook Page, and a few other details.
Your number is connected
Once you complete Meta's flow, your WhatsApp Business number is linked to Botnira and ready to receive messages.
Check your Inbox
Every WhatsApp conversation now arrives in your unified Inbox alongside your other channels.
Why the official Meta API matters
Botnira only connects WhatsApp through Meta's official, authenticated WhatsApp Business API -- not an unofficial workaround. That keeps your number in good standing with Meta's policies and keeps your conversations running on Meta's own secure infrastructure, rather than a third-party scraper or unofficial client that could get your number flagged or banned.
WhatsApp Business Profile
From the WhatsApp tile, you can update your Business Profile -- the name, photo, description and details your customers see when they message you.
Message Templates
Use Message Templates to send messages -- like promotions or reminders -- outside WhatsApp's standard customer-service messaging window, following Meta's official template policies. Templates need Meta's approval before they can be sent.
