Go-Live Checklist
Before you point real customers at your Botnira AI receptionist, run through this checklist. Most launch problems trace back to one of these steps being skipped.
Training
Business description covers services, hours, pricing and policies. FAQs include the questions customers actually ask most. Tone and voice are chosen and sound right when tested.
Training guide →Channels
Phone number connected (if using voice). WhatsApp Business number connected via Meta Cloud API (if using WhatsApp). Web chat widget embedded on your site. Email auto-reply and SMS set up, if applicable.
Appointment booking
Booking flow tested end to end -- name, phone number and preferred time are captured correctly and a confirmation is sent.
Human hand-off
At least one team member has access to the unified inbox and knows how to jump into a conversation when Botnira escalates it.
Testing
You've called or messaged your own AI receptionist with real customer-style questions, including at least one it should escalate to a human.
Plan & billing
You know which plan you're on (or still on the free trial), which channels it includes, and what happens if you exceed voice minutes or AI messages.
Free trial guide →Tip
Don't launch and walk away. Check your dashboard's conversation logs during the first week to see exactly what customers are asking -- it's the fastest way to find gaps in your training.
