What's included
- Full access to train your AI receptionist -- business description, FAQs, tone and voice
- The Web Widget channel, embeddable on your website
- The WhatsApp channel, connected via Meta's Cloud API
- Up to 100 AI messages across those two channels
- Access to your dashboard, including conversation logs and analytics
What's not included
Voice calling, Email auto-reply and SMS are not part of the free trial -- these activate once you subscribe to a paid plan (Starter and above). If your business relies primarily on phone calls, you'll want to move to a paid plan quickly to test that channel.
What happens when the trial ends
To keep your AI receptionist active and to unlock Voice, Email and SMS, you'll choose one of Botnira's plans. Pricing starts at $29/month for a chat-only Basic plan, or $49/month for the Starter plan, which includes all channels plus 100 voice minutes.
