Managing Your Billing
Billing, in the left-side menu, is where you handle everything tied to your subscription -- your current plan, upgrades, and add-ons -- all processed securely through Stripe.
What's on the Billing page
Billing is your subscription's control panel -- it's where you see your current plan and make changes to it, separate from Settings (your account profile and security) and separate from the plan comparison and usage guides on this site, which cover what each plan includes rather than the page that manages it.
Upgrading your plan
When you're ready to move up a tier, you upgrade directly from the Billing page, and checkout is processed through Stripe -- the same payment processor used for your original subscription. Not sure which plan fits? See Comparing Botnira's Plans for what each tier includes.
Add-ons
If you just need a bit more room this month rather than a full plan upgrade, Billing is also where you buy add-ons -- extra capacity on top of your plan's base allowance. The most common example is a usage top-up pack for AI messages or voice minutes; see Buying a Top-Up Pack for how those work and when they make more sense than upgrading.
Payments are handled by Stripe
Every charge -- your subscription, an upgrade, or an add-on -- runs through Stripe, a payment processor used by businesses worldwide. Your card details are handled by Stripe directly rather than stored in Botnira.
