Botnira's Referral Program
Referrals, in the left-side menu, is Botnira's built-in affiliate program: share your unique link, and earn 15% recurring commission on every successful payment from customers you refer -- for as long as their subscription stays active.
Your referral link
Every account gets its own referral link, in the format botnira.com/r/your-unique-code, shown at the top of the Referrals page with a one-click Copy link button. The code behind it is generated for your account and can't be changed, but you're free to share the link anywhere -- your website, social media, email, or directly with a prospect.
Four numbers to track
Total Referrals
How many people have signed up through your link and hold an active subscription.
Earned This Month
Commission accruing for the current month, updating as your referrals' invoices get paid.
Pending Payout
What's been earned but not yet paid out -- payouts are processed at month-end.
Lifetime Earnings
Everything you've earned through the program since you started referring, including what's already been paid.
Five tabs, one program
The Referrals page is organized into five tabs: Overview (the summary you land on), My Referrals (everyone you've referred individually), Commissions (your commission history), Payouts (your payout history), and Bank Account (where you add the account Botnira wires payouts to).
How the program works
Share your referral link
Send your unique referral link to prospects -- anyone who might use Botnira for their business.
They sign up
A prospect creates their Botnira account through your link.
They subscribe to a plan
Once they pay for any plan, you start earning 15% commission on every monthly invoice they pay, for as long as they stay subscribed.
Commissions are tallied monthly
At the end of every month, your commissions are calculated and wired to your bank account in USD.
Cancellations stop future commission, not past earnings
If a referred customer cancels, you stop earning from them going forward -- but everything you've already earned from them stays yours.
Getting paid
Before Botnira can wire a payout, you need to add a bank account under the Bank Account tab -- the Referrals page will prompt you to do this with an "Add bank account" call-out if one isn't on file yet. Once that's set up, commissions tallied at month-end go out automatically, and each payout is tracked under the Payouts tab.
You can also see your most recent individual referrals directly on the Overview tab -- who signed up, when, their current status (such as active), and what they've earned you so far.
